VARIGAP
The VARIGAP diecutting unit is a rotative system to produce labels in paper, PP and EP. Due to his special consept there is no temperature effect, the diecut stays stabel up to 350 m/min. The unit can be retro fitted to any printing press from any manufacturer up to a web width of 850 mm. Servo drive is an option. The cutting depth can be online adjusted +/- 0.1 mm. Speed up to 350 m/min. The system is varable and runs with magnetic cyliders fom 18" to 30" (457mm to 762mm ) circumference.
